- Manage a multi-line phone system to answer policyholder and agent inquiries
- Redirect calls and send accurate messages to co-workers, agents, and adjusters
- Accept and process payments
- Check and respond to emails
- Review, prepare and mail letters, invoices, and renewals
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Restock various forms, applications, and supplies
- Various other general administrative functions related to the insurance industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Positive ambitious attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of general office procedures
- Confidential, professional, and great attention to detail
- Team-oriented, highly organized, and reliable
- You are happy to jump in and help with other duties as necessary
